Answer the following questions to create a simple returns policy for your store. 

WHAT can be returned?
Any items with a manufacturing fault discovered within 30 days of receiving 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us of the fault

HOW do customers return items?
Upon discovery of manufacturing faults, please send a detailed description and photo to: [email protected] along with your order number

You will need to package the item in it's original condition and ship it to: 

Once the return parcel has arrived, the item will be inspected and if it is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault a full refund will be given to the account on file

SHIPPING for returns?
Customers are liable for their own return shipping cost

CREDIT for returns?
Should you prefer a credit instead of a refund, please tell us this when you first get in touch regarding the faulty item
